Stuffing

2 loaves of dries cubed bread crumbs

1 diced onion

1 bunch shopped celery

2 large containers of chicken broth

3 sticks of butter melted

1 stick butter sliced

Thyme

Poultry seasoning

Sage

Salt and pepper

Boil chicken broth, celery and onions together until soft and salt and pepper.

Mix bread crumbs, sage, poultry and thyme seasoning to gather in large bowl.(i start with about a Tbs each).

Pour in chicken broth, celery and onions. Stir in butter and mix well. I do little tastings to see if I need more seasonings.

Place in 9x13 pan then Place sliced butter on top of stuffing evenly. Cover with foil and back covered for 30 minutes, the remove foil and back for another 10--15 minutes until a little brown
