I’m Josh Lightsey, founder of Lightsey Loops a one-man live-looping project where I build songs from the ground up in real time. With 20+ years of experience in guitar, songwriting, and production, I’ve helped countless artists shine behind the scenes. Now, I’m bringing that creative process to the stage with passion, integrity, and contagious energy.

Partnering with HutchConnect has helped me connect with local creatives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who make our community thrive. Since joining, I’ve plugged into new opportunities, met amazing people, and used tools like their event hub a one-stop shop for what’s happening around Hutchinson.

When I launched Lightsey Loops, it felt like starting over new name, new platforms, new challenges. Fighting algorithms and rebuilding an audience tested me, and there were moments I wanted to quit. But performing at a local showcase led to meeting the HutchConnect team, and their support reignited my drive. Seeing their growth gives me hope for my own, reminding me that growth comes through hard work and connection.

This is just the beginning for them, for me, and for a community that believes in showing up for one another.
